Yes! Downloading and using Queue Swap is completely free. Queue Swap takes a small commission on each transaction to maintain the application.

If a user doesn't honor the exchange, you can report them. The payment will be automatically refunded and the user will receive a warning. After several warnings, their account may be suspended.

You decide! The price depends on wait time, queue type and demand. The app suggests a price based on similar exchanges, but you're free to modify it.
