These Terms govern the use of the QueueSwap Application and all associated services. QueueSwap aims to connect users wishing to exchange queue spots for financial consideration. QueueSwap acts as a technical intermediary and does not directly participate in transactions between users.
Using the Application implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Application. QueueSwap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Application.
Access to the Application is restricted to persons aged at least 18 years, or minors with the express authorization of their legal representatives. Registration requires creating a user account with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts concerned.
The Application, its source code, software architecture, algorithms, design, databases, trademarks and all its elements are the exclusive property of QueueSwap and are protected by French and international intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, decompilation or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal and civil sanctions.
Users agree to use the Application in accordance with its purpose and applicable laws. Sellers agree to be physically present in the offered queue, provide accurate information and honor their commitments. Buyers agree to make payments on time and attend agreed meetings.
It is strictly prohibited to use the Application for illegal purposes, distribute inappropriate content, impersonate others, circumvent security measures, automate use via bots, resell access to the Application or attempt to access source code by any means.
All payments are exclusively processed by Stripe, an authorized payment service provider. QueueSwap charges a fixed commission of 1 euro per successful transaction. Prices are freely set by Sellers in accordance with applicable law. Payment is due at the time of booking and is refundable only in cases of force majeure or proven Seller failure.
QueueSwap is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data collected is strictly necessary for the service. Users have the right to access, rectify, port and delete their personal data.
QueueSwap cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Application, user failure, force majeure or temporary service interruption. QueueSwap's liability is expressly limited to the total amount of commissions actually received from the transactions of the user concerned.
QueueSwap reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any user account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent behavior or non-compliance with legal obligations. Users may terminate their account at any time, subject to completion of ongoing transactions.
Any suspicious behavior, hacking attempt or security breach must be immediately reported to contact@queueswap.com.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
